Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange once this 30-day period has expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging intact.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that your item has been received. We will also update you on the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account once more.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Refunds are available only for regular priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or message us on WhatsApp.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us (we will provide the address on your request).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
